As we begin the month of May, hopefully the weather will get better and we will have sunshine and warm weather. Wearing coats and sweaters should not be in MAY.
We ended April with a Culinary Evaluation for 4 candidates with great results. We now have 1 Certified Executive Pastry Chef, 2 Certified Executive Chef, and 1 Certified Sous Chef. Thank you to the Culinary Department at Northampton County Community College for hosting us to perform the Evaluations.
Our May 10th meeting will be at The Bucks Club on York Road in Jamison PA. The meeting will start at 6:30 pm. The education will be from Castle Valley Mill located in Doylestown,Pa.
